Is that in the South somewhere? That trend has mostly died out as far as I can tell (in MS and TN anyway...) but there is a Cadillac dealership in Memphis that still regularly puts cloth landau tops and Vogue tires on sooooo many cars they sell.

I have an elderly neighbor who drives a celery green Altima, with a tan cloth top, chrome wheels, and vogue tires. It is the ugliest car ... In the world.

A cloth top is like a regular top, except it ages much faster and takes a toll on the metal under it as well.
A cloth top is like a convertible that can’t convert.
Why would you want a cloth top?
